MMW – Client Panel is a comprehensive, user-focused digital platform designed to help customers seamlessly book, manage, and track spa, massage, and physiotherapy home-visit services across Australia. It acts as the primary interface for users to discover services, schedule appointments, complete payments, and communicate with support—fully replacing phone-based and in-person booking workflows.

Traditionally, booking wellness and therapy sessions required multiple calls, manual confirmations, and limited visibility into availability or pricing. The MMW Client Panel digitizes this entire process through a guided, five-step booking flow, enabling users to book services in minutes while maintaining full transparency over appointments, payments, and service status.

Guided Service Booking Flow

Users follow a structured five-step process to:

  • Select or add service locations
  • Choose session details (treatment type, duration, add-ons, therapist gender preference)
  • Schedule appointments with flexible options (one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom recurrence)
  • Book for themselves or others by providing recipient details, medical history, and special notes
  • Select either the first available or a highly rated provider, review details, and complete payment


Appointment & Location Management

Users can view and track upcoming and past appointments with real-time status updates, manage saved service locations, and rebook sessions easily.


Payments, History & Records

A dedicated payments and booking history section allows users to view transactions with advanced search, filters, pagination, column-level sorting, and Excel export for record-keeping.


Support & Profile Management

Users can update profile information, raise support tickets, view ticket details, add comments, and securely sign out—ensuring a complete and reliable service experience.
