This project is a centralized operations and inventory management system designed to replace handwritten registers and manual coordination with a QR-code–driven digital workflow. It manages the complete equipment lifecycle—from inventory entry and rentals to installation, complaints, and payments—under a structured, role-based system.

The solution was built to improve traceability, accuracy, and operational speed in equipment-intensive businesses.


Role-Based Structure & Governance

All access is controlled through clearly defined roles, managed by the Super Admin:

  • Super Admin, Admin
  • Call Center, Inward, Outward
  • Engineer, Manager, Rental Manager
  • Referral Partners (Agents)

Each role is mapped to specific modules, ensuring controlled access and reducing operational errors.

The system mirrors real-world operations through integrated modules:

QR-Based Equipment Management

  • One QR code per machine, even with multiple sub-equipment
  • Accessories digitally mapped to machines
  • QR generated from serial numbers and exportable anytime
  • Flexible or predefined pricing controlled by admin

This ensures accurate identification and eliminates duplicate or lost records.
