This project is a centralized operations and inventory management system designed to replace handwritten registers and manual coordination with a QR-code–driven digital workflow. It manages the complete equipment lifecycle—from inventory entry and rentals to installation, complaints, and payments—under a structured, role-based system.
The solution was built to improve traceability, accuracy, and operational speed in equipment-intensive businesses.
Role-Based Structure & Governance
All access is controlled through clearly defined roles, managed by the Super Admin:
- Super Admin, Admin
- Call Center, Inward, Outward
- Engineer, Manager, Rental Manager
- Referral Partners (Agents)
Each role is mapped to specific modules, ensuring controlled access and reducing operational errors.
