Rozy Reinik is a carefully crafted on-demand cleaning service platform built to connect customers with verified professional cleaners through a single, well-regulated digital ecosystem. Delivered as both a Web Application and an Android Application, the platform focuses on reliability, transparency, and ease of use for all stakeholders—customers, cleaners, admins, and super admins.
The goal of this project was to design a solution that simplifies service booking while maintaining strong operational control and real-world compliance.
Customer Journey & Service Flow
The platform offers a smooth and intuitive experience for customers, from discovery to payment:
- Discover cleaners based on location or direct search
- Create service requests or post jobs to a central portal
- Communicate with cleaners via in-app chat
- Book one-time or periodic services (weekly schedules)
- Add optional equipment rentals with quantity selection
- Pay only after service completion, once worked hours are reviewed and approved
- Automatic inclusion of 19% VAT, aligned with regional regulations
This flow ensures trust, flexibility, and clarity throughout the service lifecycle.
Cleaner Workflow & Professional Control
Cleaners are given full control over their work and availability while operating within a structured system:
- Register with identity and compliance documents
- Set and update hourly pricing at any time
- Manage availability and holidays
- Search, accept, and complete jobs
- Enter worked hours post-service, with flexibility to update before closure
- Track earnings transparently
This approach empowers cleaners while keeping billing and approvals accurate and dispute-free.
Admin & Super Admin Oversight
Rozy Reinik includes layered administration to ensure smooth platform governance:
- Admins manage customers, cleaners, jobs, posts, and transactions
- Cleaner approvals and manual payment clearances are handled securely
- Each admin operates within an assigned postal-code area, ensuring localized control
- Super Admins oversee:
- Equipment catalog and pricing
- Transportation fee configuration
- Admin creation and system-level controls
