CIVIT is a centralized facility booking and community management application designed for multi-building environments such as residential complexes, commercial spaces, and shared communities. The platform enables structured facility reservations, event management, and user administration through clearly defined roles—Super Admin, Admin, and User—ensuring smooth operations at both global and building-specific levels.
The entire system is intentionally designed to support Spanish-only users, providing a localized and consistent experience across web and mobile interfaces.
Super Admin – System-Wide Governance
The Super Admin layer provides complete oversight and configuration across all buildings:
- Create, update, reset passwords for, and manage multiple admins
- Create and manage buildings, ensuring:
- Only one admin per building
- Manage facilities across buildings
- Control local advertisements with banner images
- View all bookings and users across every building
This role ensures scalability, data consistency, and centralized governance across the entire platform.
Admin – Building-Level Operations
Admins are responsible for managing activities within their assigned building:
- Create, update, and delete facilities
- Manage time slots for each facility
- Update building name with uniqueness validation
- Manage users within the building
- View and cancel bookings with a mandatory cancellation reason
- Create and manage events:
- Events are tied to a specific date and time
- Each event is mapped to a single facility
This structure ensures precise control while keeping responsibilities clearly scoped.
User Experience & Booking Flow
CIVIT delivers a simple and rule-driven booking experience for residents:
- Register and log in using secure credentials
- View personal bookings and available facilities
- Book facilities based on available time slots
- Enforced booking rules:
- Maximum 3 bookings per day per facility
- Join waiting lists for fully booked slots
- Receive push notifications if a slot becomes available
- View upcoming building events
- Update profile information
For account recovery, users can request password resets via the admin, maintaining controlled access.
