Logistics is a multi-role logistics management application designed to streamline package and parcel delivery workflows from order placement to final delivery. The platform operates through three dedicated roles: User, Employee, and Driver, each with clearly defined responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
User Order Placement
Users initiate the logistics process by placing delivery requests through the application. They can specify shipment details such as package or parcel information, pickup and destination locations, and required delivery preferences. This provides a simple and transparent way for customers to request logistics services.
Employee Order Processing
Employees act as the operational control layer of the platform. Once an order is placed, employees review, process, and manage delivery requests, ensuring accuracy and readiness for dispatch. They then assign orders to available drivers, coordinating deliveries and maintaining operational flow.
Driver Assignment & Delivery
Drivers receive real-time notifications when an order is assigned to them. Through the driver interface, they can view order details, accept the task, and proceed with the delivery. After completing the shipment, drivers mark the order as completed, closing the delivery loop.
