The system consists of a dedicated Estimator Mobile App and a Super Admin Web Panel, enabling fast, accurate, and transparent cost estimation for residential and commercial moving services.

Traditionally, moving estimations relied on manual measurements, handwritten notes, photos, and spreadsheet-based calculations—often leading to inconsistent pricing, estimation errors, and repeated site visits. NorthStar modernizes this workflow by allowing estimators to measure rooms and objects digitally (including AR-based measurements), calculate volumes in cubic feet, and generate professional PDF estimations directly from the field.

Estimator Mobile App – Smart Estimation Workflow

Estimators can create and manage estimations for multiple clients, add multiple rooms and objects, and measure dimensions either manually or through camera-based AR detection. Each object supports optional photo capture, editable dimensions, and real-time recalculation. Once reviewed, the app automatically calculates pricing based on a configurable price per cubic foot, while allowing additional charges (transport, fuel, etc.) and flexible discounts (fixed or percentage-based).

Estimation Management & Sharing

Estimations can be updated at any time, marked with clear statuses (Open, Approved, Backlog, Cancelled), downloaded as PDFs, or shared instantly with customers—reducing approval cycles and follow-ups.

Super Admin Control & Visibility

The Super Admin panel provides full oversight across estimators, customers, and estimations. Admins can track estimator performance, monitor estimation volumes, manage pricing globally, review detailed estimation histories, and send finalized PDFs directly to customers via email. A complete audit trail records every action taken on an estimation.
