Dealnote is a mobile-first digital documentation platform that enables users to create legally verifiable agreement records using structured inputs and short video proof. Designed to simplify everyday agreements, the app replaces handwritten notes, informal messages, and manual documentation with a secure, credit-based digital workflow—accessible to anyone via OTP-based login.
Traditionally, small agreements rely on paper documents or verbal commitments, which are easy to dispute and difficult to store or retrieve. Dealnote modernizes this process by allowing users to generate digital documents by selecting a category, entering party details, recording a short video (30–60 seconds), and generating a finalized record—all within minutes.
Key Capabilities
Simple & Secure User Experience
Users authenticate using phone number and OTP, set up a basic profile, and access all created documents from a centralized home screen. Documents can be previewed, saved, regenerated, or deleted as needed.
Guided Document Creation Flow
Each document follows a structured process—category selection, party details, address input, video recording, preview, and final generation—ensuring consistency and reducing errors.
Credit-Based Monetization
Document generation is powered by a transparent credit system. Users can purchase credits (1–50) using Razorpay, track purchase history, and control spending with clear visibility.
Admin Control & Analytics
The Super Admin panel offers full visibility into users, documents, transactions, and growth metrics. Admins can manage categories, control credit pricing, export records, and maintain legal content such as privacy policy and terms.
