RESQ is a real-time emergency response platform designed to protect employees working in high-risk, remote, or on-ground environments. The system combines hardware beacons, a mobile employee app, a user web portal, and a super admin console to deliver instant SOS alerts, automated calling, and fail-proof SMS notifications—ensuring rapid response during critical situations.
In traditional safety setups, emergency reporting depends on manual phone calls, delayed responses, or unreliable communication chains. This solution eliminates those gaps by enabling employees to trigger an SOS using a single beacon action, instantly activating alarms, backend notifications, and automated SMS alerts to predefined emergency contacts—without relying on manual intervention.
Key Capabilities
Employee Mobile App – Instant SOS Triggering
Employees log in using credentials provided via email and can view their assigned beacon and emergency contacts. When an SOS is triggered from the beacon, the app receives the signal, raises an alarm, notifies the backend, and automatically dispatches SMS alerts to three emergency numbers—ensuring immediate escalation.
User Web Portal – Company-Level Control
Company users manage employees and beacons mapped to their organization. The portal supports employee creation, updates, beacon assignment, and monitoring through a dashboard showing employee count, beacon count, and SMS activity with 30-day analytics.
Super Admin Portal – Centralized Oversight
Super admins manage all companies, users, employees, and beacon inventories across the platform. From beacon provisioning using MAC addresses to multi-company mapping and global analytics, the system ensures full operational visibility and control.
