NHouse - Property Listing Portal

NHouse is a property listing portal for India's growing tier-two cities. Owners post flats, houses, plots, farmland and commercial space for free, buyers browse and filter by city and category, and the two sides talk directly by phone or WhatsApp with no broker in between.

Every listing passes through moderation before it goes public, and the platform runs three separate portals over one database: a self-service owner dashboard, a manager portal for review work, and a full admin console.

Browsing And Search

Posting A Property

• Free posting with no charge to list

• Listings carry an expiry date
• A WhatsApp route for owners who would rather send details than fill a form

Moderation Workflow

Nothing reaches the public feed unreviewed. Admins and managers can open the full property detail before deciding.

• Pending queue with approve and reject actions
• Rejected listings stay visible to their owner, flagged as rejected, with edit and delete withdrawn
• Approved listings can be enabled, disabled or marked as sold
• Featured flag for promoting a listing on the home page
• Edit rights scoped by role, so staff cannot silently rewrite an owner's listing

Three Portals, One Platform

• Owner dashboard — post, edit, delete, track status, see enquiries and wishlisted properties

Accounts

• Registration with email one-time-code verification and a pending-registration holding table

• Database-backed wishlists tied to the account rather than browser storage
• Wishlisting requires sign-in, so saved lists survive a device change
• Emails are suppressed on localhost and sent over SMTP in production

Each contact reveal and enquiry is recorded against the property, giving owners and staff a view of which listings are actually generating interest, alongside property view counts and dashboard statistics drawn from live data rather than fixed numbers.
