ADA AI Patrol is a smart, NFC- and QR-enabled mobile patrol management application designed to digitize and automate physical security patrol operations. It replaces paper-based patrol logs, manual photo storage, and delayed reporting with a fully mobile, offline-capable, AI-ready patrol system that ensures accuracy, accountability, and real-time visibility.

Traditionally, security patrols relied on handwritten logs, manual photo evidence, and delayed data uploads, leading to missed checkpoints, human errors, and limited traceability. ADA AI Patrol modernizes this workflow by enabling security officers to perform structured patrols using NFC or QR checkpoints, capture timestamped photos with categorized scene data, and sync all patrol information to a centralized backend once network connectivity is available.


Key Capabilities

Manager (Administrative Module)

Managers configure and control patrol devices using a secure administrative module. They set backend server details, device and site IDs, maximum photo size, and manage administrative passwords locally on duty devices. This ensures each device is locked to a specific site and remains fully controlled without requiring officer login.


Security Officer Workflow

Officers use a shared duty device to perform patrols without login complexity. At scheduled times, they start patrols, enter officer details, and scan NFC or QR tokens at each checkpoint. Officers can take unlimited photos per checkpoint, assign scene categories, add notes, and review or modify entries before final submission. Patrols work fully offline and sync securely to the backend once connectivity is restored.


Data Sync & Reporting

All patrol data—including checkpoints, timestamps, photos, notes, and categories—is uploaded via structured JSON APIs to a MySQL-backed server. The system supports CSV export, patrol resubmission, and maintains up to 90 days of patrol and history logs directly on the device for compliance and audits.
